• AI Receptionist — a product that answers calls, books jobs, and routes requests using your scripts and brand
• Reputation & Review Management — tools and automation that turn completed jobs into reviews

We work hard to keep our lead data accurate, but no lead source or validation process is perfect. Lead information reflects public records and homeowner self-reports at the time it was gathered.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to do business in your jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials confidential. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Purchasing Leads and Services

Prices for leads and services are shown at the time of purchase or in your agreement with us. Payment is due as described at checkout or on your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, all amounts are in US dollars and are non-refundable once delivered.

Leads are delivered to the purchasing business as described at the point of sale. Specific lead counts, bundle sizes, and exclusivity terms are set forth on the product page or in your account agreement.

• Use leads for spam, harassment, or any unlawful or deceptive purpose
