Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

Cascade Home ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Nice Specs Mh LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our services, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

We keep this policy straightforward — no dense legal jargon, no hidden surprises. If you have questions after reading it, we encourage you to reach out.

1. What Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide to us. This happens when you:

  • Fill out our contact form or Get Started form
  • Download our Market Report or other lead magnets
  • Sign up for our newsletter or email updates

The information we may collect includes:

  • Name — your first and last name
  • Email address — so we can communicate with you
  • Phone number — if you choose to provide it
  • Business name — if you represent a home service company
  • Service type — the trade you work in (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, roofing)
  • Message content — anything you write in a form field

For homeowners using our Cascade Home Pros service request form, we may also collect your service needs, property address, and project details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide our lead generation service. When a homeowner requests a service, we share their request details with the home service businesses who purchase leads from us so those businesses can reach out and offer their services.
  • Communicate with you. We respond to your inquiries, send you market reports or newsletters you've requested, and notify you about your account or leads you've purchased.
  • Improve our service. We analyze usage patterns to understand what's working and what we can make better.
  • Operate our business. This includes things like processing payments, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations.

3. Phone & Text Communications — Opt-In and Opt-Out

If you provide your phone number and give us your consent, we may contact you by phone call or text message (SMS) about services you requested or expressed interest in, your account, and relevant updates or offers. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.

How to opt in: You can opt in to text and phone communications by providing your phone number and selecting your consent on our forms, or by texting the word START to any number we message you from. Standard message and data rates may apply, and the number of messages you receive may vary.

How to opt out of text messages: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text we send you. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending you text messages (we may send one brief confirmation that your opt-out has been received). You can opt back in at any time by replying START.

How to opt out of phone calls: If you no longer wish to receive phone calls from us, just tell us during any call, or email us at the address in the Contact section below and ask to be added to our do-not-call list. We will honor your request as soon as reasonably possible and keep you on that list so you are not contacted again.

For help with text messages, reply HELP to any text we send you, or reach out through the Contact section below.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. Period. We don't have a data brokerage, we don't package up your information and sell it to third parties, and we don't make money from your data except through the core service we provide.

Here's when we do share information:

  • With home service businesses who purchase leads. When a homeowner submits a service request through Cascade Home Pros, we share the request details (name, contact info, service needs, and location) with the businesses who purchase that lead so they can provide a quote or service. This is the core function of our platform, and it's why homeowners use it.
  • With service providers. We use third-party tools to run our website — including Stripe for payment processing, analytics services to understand website traffic, and email providers to send messages. These providers only get the data they need to perform their function for us.
  • When required by law. We'll share information if we're legally obligated to do so — for example, in response to a valid court order or law enforcement request.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses standard cookies — small text files stored by your browser — for basic functionality and analytics. These include:

  • Session cookies that keep you logged in and remember your preferences while you browse
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use our site — which pages are popular, how people find us, and where we can improve

We do not use cookies for advertising tracking, behavioral profiling, or retargeting. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some features of the site may not work as expected.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your information for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. For example:

  • Business accounts: We retain your account information as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Service requests: Lead data (homeowner service requests) is retained as part of our business records.
  • Contact form submissions: We retain these until the conversation concludes, plus a reasonable period for follow-up.

7. How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information — including secure connections (HTTPS), access controls, and keeping software up to date. That said, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

  • Ask us what data we have about you and request a copy
  • Ask us to correct or update your information
  • Ask us to delete your data — we'll comply unless we have a legal reason to keep it
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send

To make any of these requests, email us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, may notify you by email. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
